The lads were really quick putting it up and down, also really polite and chatty.

5 star service… and super quick response. My daughters party was cancelled at the last minute I literally had 2 hours to find something that would entertain the children. I contacted bouctastic who immediately answered and advised they could offer me an assault course/disco dome and bouncy castle, and they had it to me within the hour at a really reasonable cost giving the late notice. I have hired bouncy castles for a few years. This company was a standout. They kept in touch, checking access, ensuring the delivery and set up would be smooth. They even delivered the bouncy castle while I was out, which saved so much hassle. The two men were great collecting the bouncy castle and packed it away quickly. Hired a Bouncey castle for my sons birthday, the lads turned up nice and early as they said on the phone.
The actual castle itself was in perfect order no rips or patch work. It looked brand new!

When they picked it up we still had a few guest round playing on the castle and they where happy to wait another couple of minutes which for the kids was great!

Thank you and unfortunately the kids are driving me crazy roll on September.

We actually hired the Spider-Man castle over two days, the price was the cheapest out there. The castle was used literally for the 48 hours the kids loved it.
Drop off and pick up was fast efficient and the lads I must say very well mannered young gentlemen. Full explanation given and whilst in the garden it cut out when I rang they gave a full description what I had to do. I honestly cannot fault the device and service from start to finish

Hired a castle at short notice to keep the child active whilst off school. This sure did the trick we both loved it. The team arrived early and set up the equipment. Then they informed me a call would be received just before collection to ensure the castle is turned off.
The team were polite and disinfected the castle before leaving to ensure our safety.

Just before my autistic sons birthday I contacted bouncetastic to book an assault course for my back garden. With corona and lockdown I wanted to make his day as normal as possible with him not being able to celebrate with his friends like he usually would. Just bring a bit of normality to his life and make it different to every other day in lockdown. Brilliant customer service from this BounceTastic.

I messaged them, they responded within 20 mins and was offered a selection of castles that would fit my garden.

Once I had picked from the castles it was a simple matter of details to be handed over and the castle to be delivered.

2 lads dropped the Bouncy Castle off into my garden. They setup and explained a few simple instructions to myself about if it rains etc. Very easy and clear communication in relation to the Bouncy Castle procedure.

I had the toddler bouncy castle for my 2 year old and he absolutely loved it. We’d originally booked the castle for 2 days but very gratefully they let us keep it an extra day with NO EXTRA COST. I know it may seem small but in a world of madness at this time this small gesture meant a lot to us after being cooped up in the house with a lively toddler.

I would 100% recommend BounceTastic to all my friends and family(many of which I already have). I will definitely be hiring another Castle from them once the world returns to normal.

If you are looking for an idea for a teenage party you must hire the inflatable nightclub!! Excellent value for money. We hired it for my daughter’s 13th birthday and everyone loved it. Ordered the Frozen bouncy castle for my daughter's 1st birthday but it had unfortunately been damaged the night before. They rang me to tell me they was trying to repair it but wasn't having any luck offered me any bouncy castle I wanted free of charge. Absolutely fantastic customer service. I contacted Bouncetastic 2 days before our party after being let down by another Company. The party was for a boy & girl therefore I didnt want something themed. Bouncetastic were great/very helpful considering the short notice I had given them. We had arranged to have the bouncy castle 11-6 but it was dropped off at 9.30 & collected well after 6pm. The kids had a lovely day! Will use Bouncetastic again & defiantly recommend them.

Amazing service.. had 2 castles from Bouncetastic- called me the night before and said the castle i orginally wanted had a tear in it and they could upgrade for same price or they would fix the castle that night. Made up with the lads quick putting them up and great price. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much xx

We have been getting bouncy castles from 'Bouncetastic Bouncy Castles' for years now and every year the service is as good as the last. Castles are great, the lads are lovely and helpful, VERY reasonably priced and overall, loved by the kids!

The kids are looking forward to summer already so we can get a date sorted and order another one. No doubt it will be the Frozen one this year!
